i'm in burnout recovery as a former English professor and trying, in part, to heal my relationship to reading and writing in an increasingly anti-intellectual, pro-censorship, and deeply capitalist society. though i am still passionate about teaching, this project is for myself - to wade through my grief and depression, seek joy, and expand my horizons.
